Refund and Returns
At BellaGrace Stitches, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required. Custom-made or bespoke orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-measure clothing, sale or clearance items, gift cards, and certain accessories (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for sizing issues or product defects if the item is in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange, contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp with your order details. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable courier service. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit.
