Delivery within Lagos typically takes 2–3 business days after processing. Customers will be contacted by our courier before delivery.
3. Nationwide Delivery (Nigeria)
Orders outside Lagos are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier availability.
4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery timelines vary by destination and typically range from 7–14 business days. Customs clearance may cause delays in some countries.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and weight of the order. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the customer, additional charges may apply for re-delivery. Please ensure accurate delivery information is provided.

9. In-Store Pickup
Customers in Lagos may request to pick up their orders directly from our studio. An appointment must be scheduled in advance.
