Colors, fabrics, and patterns may vary slightly due to screen resolution or material differences.
Custom-made orders are produced based on customer specifications and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, production or dispatch begins immediately.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). International orders may be converted to other currencies at checkout.
We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, mobile payments, and secure online payment gateways.
Payments must be completed before processing and delivery. Unpaid orders will not be fulfilled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery within Lagos takes 2–3 business days, nationwide delivery 3–7 business days, and international delivery varies depending on destination.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
BellaGrace Stitches is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags.
Custom or bespoke orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made by us.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Discounts & Promotions

Discounts, coupon codes, and promotional offers are valid only for the specified time and conditions stated.
Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
